Okay, by request here's a picture taken on my Ordination to the Sub Deanconate, about a year and a halfish ago. I'm at 250 lbs, hair pulled back, other health stats through the roof. I have since lost about 25 lbs and have my coronary system somewhat under control...

Very nice. And yes you did say you wanted to see your own ribs, not display them. Point taken.
:) But one can hope. I've already joked a bit that Monsignor Stratford's skills as a writer of, er, evocative fiction should be used to raise funds for good causes. I don't see anything wrong with a dedicated servant of God showing a little skin for charity.
All in a good cause, man! :)
